Tonali's agent says decision on future will be made in the summer

Sandro Tonali's agent Giuseppe Riso has said a decision will be made about the midfielder's future in the summer.

In an interview with Italian newspaper Tuttosport, Riso said: Newcastle are having a hard time letting go of Sandro, and he wants to lead the club to the Champions League.

"These transfer discussions will take place later. Well see how the season ends and then well decide what to do.

Theres no preference at the moment. Its still early. What were saying today wont apply tomorrow.

"Newcastle couldnt let him go now, and theres no point in moving, especially since Sandro is very attached to the club.

Well evaluate and decide what to do in the summer.

Earlier this week, Riso also spoke about Tonali's situation, denying claims he had offered the Italian to Arsenal ahead of Monday's transfer deadline.
